Association for Accounting Education and Research(IAAER), Deloitte & Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management(EIILM), Kolkata Department of Commerce, University of Calcutta.
The Indian Accounting Association Research Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation") is a not-for-profit accounting organization headquartered in Kolkata.
It was founded during 1989-90 as a registered body under the Societies Registration Act (West Bengal Act XXXVI) of 1961. Late Prof Sukumar Bhattacharyya was the Founder President.
The principal objectives of Indian Accounting Association Research Foundation are enumerated below:
To promote fundamental and applied research in accounting and allied subjects
To sponsor research projects
To hold seminars, symposia, conferences, workshops, etc
To publish research journals, books and monographs
To co-ordinate with other professional accounting bodies, universities and institutions in the matter of creation and dissemination of knowledge in accounting and related subjects.
